With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Oberdan began his journey in the world of masonry, carpentry, and tile as an independent contractor. In just 2 years, his passion led him to found Smart Flooring, a company committed to excellence and innovation in the construction and finishing industry.
Driven by his entrepreneurial vision and core values, Oberdan established the company’s mission: to always put family first. As a result, his son, a recent engineering graduate, joined his father in the pursuit of combining the classic and the modern to take the company to the next level of success.
